In this deleted tweet: "The meeting you quoted from was top-secret and you are only allowed to reveal what you said yourself. The meetings are recorded, the [missile] OPERATOR DID NOT COMMIT A MISTAKE and all details are safe!"
The official stance was it was an OPERATOR error.
