So much this. But gosh, it can be exhausting to carve out the space these students need & learn to design instruction that meets their needs & others'. Imagine if #education systems counted this as work & not as volunteerism by classroom teachers. #bced #ADHD #NeuroDiverse

Imagine if we didn’t have to do it alone as teachers - if the support was there to codesign and keep up on the info. Have been doing much reading on this - how fast the ideas adapt for the better.

It’s difficult to effect change in a district and a school to make sure we’re using best practices in our classrooms. Trying to provide effective interventions for those with #ADHD or dyslexia is extremely difficult. I’m trying at my school! #bced
